SMS Messaging Opt-In

Effective June 24, 2026

This page documents how end users consent to receive text messages from Swiftway (the Swiftway AI assistant messaging program). It is provided to describe our SMS call-to-action and opt-in flow.

Program description

Swiftway is a software platform for construction trades and services. The Swiftway AI assistant lets a signed-in user text their own account to capture notes, set and update reminders, schedule tasks, and clarify details about their records. Messages are two-way and conversational: the assistant replies and may ask follow-up questions. Only the account’s own verified user receives messages; Swiftway does not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How users opt in

Opt-in happens inside the user’s authenticated Swiftway account. It is never collected by texting a keyword. The steps are:

  • The signed-in user opens Settings → Integrations → Messaging and selects Add a phone number.
  • They re-enter their account password to confirm their identity.
  • They enter their own mobile number and must check an explicit consent checkbox (unchecked by default) agreeing to the messaging program. The Send code button stays disabled until they check it. The exact consent wording is shown below.
  • They receive a one-time verification code (sent via Twilio Verify), enter it, and the number is confirmed.
  • They then receive a welcome message confirming the channel is active, with HELP and STOP instructions.

Consent disclosure shown at opt-in

I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Swiftway (notes, reminders, status updates, and account notifications) at this number. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

Message frequency, rates, and help

Message frequency varies with the user’s activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; opting out stops all non-emergency messaging to that number. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS content with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
