What is Swiftway?
Swiftway is an AI platform for general & trade contractors. It turns plan sets, photos, and messages into ready-to-send estimates, then runs the whole job on the same record: proposals, contracts, sub RFPs, scheduling, change orders, time tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation. You drop in a document, photo, or message, and your AI partner does the work. You review and approve.
Who is Swiftway built for?
General contractors, remodelers, and specialty trade contractors who estimate jobs (from a full plan set, a call or walkthrough, or just a description), coordinate subs, and manage change orders. If you're the owner still pricing every job yourself at night, or you have an estimator, a PM, and an office manager all working out of different tools, Swiftway is built for you. Do I have to set it up or migrate my data first?
